The Glamour and Flair of Truffle Restaurant & Concept Store Arrives in Hong Kong this mid-October

Artisan de la Truffe Hong Kong joins a list of impressive overseas outlets originating from Paris expanding to Hamburg and even Tokyo. As the name suggests, Artisan de la truffe is dedicated to all things truffle. Every dish on the menu at this luxurious harbourfront restaurant is infused with truffle, as are the products available for purchase in the restaurant’s truffle concept corner.

Spoilt by the waterfront views of both Kowloon and Hong Kong Island across the iconic Victoria Harbour, this 3,000 sq.ft venue will dress up with a bright, elegant and contemporary main dining room that presents Provence truffles in distinctive and innovative ways. Traditional yet exquisite, the menu is crafted to showcase truffle at its finest flavours and unlock its truly unique aroma.

Artisan de la Truffe sources its truffle from the experienced executive chef, depending on seasonal factors such as the harvest and weather. The Truffles will include the renowned black truffles (Tuber Melanosporum) and white truffles (Tuber Magnatum), as well as Brumale truffles (Tuber Brumale), also known as the black winter truffles, the summer truffles (Tuber Aestivum), and even Black Australian truffles.

This highly-valued ingredient will be used to cultivate delectable dishes that are not only modern but also timeless. Many signature dishes have been brought back from Artisan de la Truffe’s popular Paris restaurants as well as truffle-spiked desserts, champagne, wines and coffee to maximise the true truffle experience on the Fragrant Victoria Harbour.

Guests visiting Artisan de la Truffe will also be able to take their truffle experience home. There is an exclusive selection of gourmet products and condiments available in the unique truffle concept store. This includes both fresh and packaged goods, black or white truffle olive oil and balsamic vinegar with truffle juice, to summer truffle pralines all carefully selected from traditional French and Italian truffle product producers.
