Stretching from 12:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m., Bostonian’s new Sunday brunch clocks in at one of Hong Kong’s longest brunches, offering guests a chance to luxuriate with hot and cold dishes meticulously crafted by Culinary Director, Cesare Romani, paired with endless glasses of Perrier-Jouët Champagne from HK$688 per guest only.
Bostonian-Seafood-Grill-Restaurant-Sunday-BrunchGuests are welcomed by the restaurant’s signature Seafood Tower with imported oysters, Alaskan crab legs, prawns and jade whelks, before selecting a variety of salmon and gravlax including the Gin and Wasabi Marinated Salmon from The Cool Bar. A cold cuts bar offers fine Artisanal cheese, European cold cuts, and a variety of in-house baked bread. A live Caesar Salad station sees crisp Romaine leaves tossed in a Parmesan cheese wheel and is complimented with a diverse selection of premium accoutrements including boiled Quail eggs, Spanish ham on the bone and white anchovies. Tableside pass around delicacies include favourites such as Boston baked lobster, Pan fried duck liver with potato and black truffle foam, Seafood Paella, and Porchetta alla Romana (Whole roasted suckling pig), Black mussels with mustard and white wine. Guests can then choose a main course from a made-to-order grilled Black Angus beef tenderloin (6oz), whisky marinated Tasmanian organic salmon or Barley risotto with porcini and black trufflevegan option, before capping the brunch experience off with a tour of the dessert buffet replete with a selection of Bostonian Cheesecake Popsicles, American Mini Apple Pie, Traditional Style Tiramisu, Choux and more.
Creating the perfect and relaxing experience for families, the 4-hour brunch also features an attended play area for children with activities and toys.
