CAFÉ EAST PRESENTS BEEF FIESTA DINNER BUFFET

Every Monday to Thursday from now until the end of March, Café East at New World Millennium Hong Kong Hotel is beefing up its dinner buffet to satisfy every carnivorous craving, including supremely succulent Australian Wagyu.

Beef lovers can enjoy their favourite dish in a variety of permutations.  Must-try items include the flavourful Assorted Australian Wagyu Charcuterie as well as the juicy yet tender TeppanyakiAustralian Wagyu Beef Steak prepared à la minute by the chefs.  Not-to-be-missed beef delicacies also include Roasted U.S. Bone-in Ribeye; Beef Carpaccio with Mustard Dressing; Beef Tataki Hand Roll; Thai Beef Salad; Beef Stew of the Day; Double-boiled Beef Shank, Conch and Matsutake Mushroom Soup; Healthy Wok-fried Red Rice with Beef and Ginger, and more.

Aside from beef delicacies, diners may savour unlimited servings of Seafood on Ice featuring Boston lobsters, snow crab legs, brown crabs, blue mussels, jade whelks and prawns.  Also on offer is Assorted Sashimi and Sushi, Roasted Spanish Suckling Pig, Baked Oysters, Steamed Whole Garoupa with Soya Sauce, as well as a variety of Indian curries and made-to-order Roti Prata crafted by the Indian chef.  From Friday to Sunday and public holidays, Café East also presents Teppanyaki King Prawns and Foie Gras and Braised Abalone with Oyster Sauce.

An impressive assortment of homemade desserts is available, including the “Dim Sum” Desserts with chestnut, coffee and coconut flavours, Bird’s Nest Custard, Pandan-flavoured Waffle Stick, Ban Chang Kueh, Cheese Tart and Grand Marnier or Passionfruit Soufflé.  Moreover, diners should not miss the Häagen-Dazs Ice-cream paired with freshly-baked puffs and delightful condiments to finish the meal.

What’s more? Expanding on the vast selection of international specialities at the lunch buffet, Café East chefs have created a range of savoury items including Hainan Chicken Rice, cooked-to-order Seafood Laksa and Bak Kut Teh.  Pastry chef also crafted an array of sweet treats such as Matcha Molten Chocolate Cake and Apricot Yoghurt Cake.  These dishes will make diners’ taste buds dance in delight with fresh additions from every corner of the region.

Café East’s Lunch Buffet is available from noon to 2:30 p.m., priced at HKD288 for adults and HKD148 for children from Monday to Friday, HKD358 for adults and HKD198 for children on Saturday, Sunday and public holidays.

The Dinner Buffet is available from 6:30 to 9:30 p.m., priced at HKD538 for adults and HKD268 for children from Monday to Thursday, HKD598 for adults and HKD318 for children from Friday to Sunday and on public holidays.
