For four days only this festive season, on the 22nd, 23rd and 25th of December and New Year’s Day, Morton’s will throw open its doors for celebratory lunch services featuring a midday set menu (HK$698 +10%) that is perfect for hearty festive feast with friends, family or colleagues. The three-course menu gives guests the option of one of five classic appetizers — warming Lobster Bisque or Baked Five Onion Soup, a vibrant Beetroot and Goat’s Cheese Salad, all-time-favorite Crab Cake (+HK$108) or Shrimp Cocktail (+HK$98). As well as a choice of three steaks, an 8oz Filet Mignon, a New York Strip Medallion (10oz) (+HK$100) and 16oz Center-Cut Prime Ribeye(+HK$200), or diners can tuck into one of these extravagant entrees — Chicken Christopher, Seabass Romesco and classic Shrimp Alexander. All dishes are served with Mashed Potatoes and Steamed Asparagus.

The meal is capped with a plentiful platter of iconic Morton’s desserts: Homemade New York Style Cheesecake, Key Lime Pie, Chocolate Mousse, Chocolate Layer Cake and Carrot Cake, or an indulgent Hot Chocolate Cake (for two).

Decadent Dinners to Celebrate the Festive Season

Evening diners can make the most of a luxurious set menu (HK$1488 +10%) on Christmas Eve, Christmas Day and New Year’s Eve this year. Enjoy one of five sumptuous appetizers – Lobster Bisque, Jumbo Lump Crab Cake, Shrimp Cocktail and Foie Gras with Toasted Brioche and Apple Compote, or the plentiful Morton’s Prime Ocean Platter (+HK$50).

Guests will enjoy their pick of 8oz Filet Mignon with Lobster Oscar Style, Prime Center-Cut Ribeye, 10oz New York Strip Medallion with Bone Marrow, Sea Bass Romesco or 2lb Fresh Whole Baked Maine Lobster (by advanced reservation only). All dishes can be enhanced with Pan Seared Foie Gras for HK$180 and come with a choice of sides including seasonal Truffle Cauliflower and coveted Parmesan & Truffle Matchstick Fries.

Those lucky enough to dine in on New Year’s Eve may catch Hong Kong’s world-famous firework display, but dessert promises to create enough of a show on the table to comfort those that miss out. Dinner guests can wrap up the evening, or the year, with a helping of Morton’s Legendary Hot Chocolate Cake (for two), or a platter of iconic Morton’s desserts: Homemade New York Style Cheesecake, Key Lime Pie, Chocolate Mousse, Chocolate Layer Cake and Carrot Cake.
