Seafood Room is offering guests a range of festive specials this Easter making it a destination for friends and family. Whether it be the Easter Brunch, specially concocted cocktails or Easter dinner, Seafood Room has an added spring in its step this month.
Ease into the festivities with a Wild Rabbit (HKD148), made with new grove spiced rum, pimento dram, port wine, red Sichuan syrup, 70% chocolate mousse garnished with chocolate dirt, flower and egg, available from 10 April to 20 April.
For some Festive Specials, guests may join Easter dinner from 10 April to 20 April,
for a festive menu boasting soft boiled eggs with shaved black truffle and rosemary crispy Parmigiano (HKD128) or Bruschetta with rabbit, Parma ham, quail eggs, cream cheese sauce (HKD178). Hop into the option of mouth-watering mains such as Homemade Tonarelli with rabbit ragù, pancetta, and parmesan cheese (HKD238) or the Roasted Rack of Lamb with new potatoes, baby carrots and herbs (HKD328) and tuck into some Easter inspired dessert with a Traditional Italian Easter Cake “Colomba”, semifreddo vanilla ice-cream and chocolate sauce (HKD118).
Specials also available at the Easter Brunch (HKD598 per person), roasted rack of lamb HKD88 extra per person, served from 14 April to 16 April between12pm and 3.30pm. To compliment brunch, any bookings made for 14 April, will receive complimentary free-flow Proseccoworth HKD100.
