Morton’s The Steakhouse is launching a limited-edition menu which promises to inject new levels of flavor to appetizers, mains and sides alike.
The new Strawberry, Arugula and Goat Cheese Salad (HK$128) celebrates the flavors of summer by pairing the season’s most beloved fruit with tart cheese, fresh arugula, candied pecans and a refreshing minted Greek yogurt dressing — a delightful appetizer that leaves plenty of room for meatier options like Morton’s famous Nueske’s Bacon Steak (HK$138). The iconic dish returns with new exciting flavors — a rich, sweet soy caramel sauce with five spice powder, cracked five-peppercorn and soy sauce, which combine to complement the pork’s saltiness, delivering a smack of umami with every bite. This dish makes for a bold starter or a mouth-watering accompaniment to any large dish.
The pièce de résistance of Morton’s new seasonal mains is the Prime New York Steak Flight which features three medallions of steak at HK$978. Guests will sample Certified Black Angus All-Natural, USDA Prime and Snake River Farm Premium Wagyu Strip steaks alongside steak juice and an irresistible blue cheese fondue. Cut from the loin section of the sirloin, the steaks are highly-marbled for intense flavor and arranged according to grade, giving guests a delicious and educational experience, all on one plate. Another limited-time-only steak option is available in the form of a tender Bone-in Filet Mignon (HK$728).
Seafood lovers can also enjoy plump Seared Sea Scallops with Lobster & Caviar Butter (HK$678). The succulent scallops are served atop a bed of tender oyster mushrooms, crisp sweetcorn and indulgent lobster meat, with sauteéd baby arugula. The decadent dish is finished with caviar butter.
Sides also get an injection of summer — the Roasted Cauliflower with Romesco Sauce (HK$120) is dressed with Greek vinaigrette and sprinkled with Kalamata olives and crispy capers for a taste of the Mediterranean.
