Guests can choose from antiviral, zinc-rich mains including the Shrimp Rice Bowl (HK$88) or heartier Steak Rice Bowl (HK$148), while a more lean choice comes in the form of the Chicken Rice Bowl (HK$88). Flu-fighting vitamins A and C are found in abundance on the menu, with each one of the restaurant’s buddha bowls sporting a generous serving of vegetables including broccoli and carrot.
Also known for inducing a better immune response against infection, omega-3 fatty acids are found in the perfectly Grilled Salmon Fillet with Shrimp (HK$168)served on a bed of multigrain rice with vegetables. Lunch time visitors can truly get a bang for their buck with a seasonal soup and iced or hot lemon tea served with every main.
For those ordering a-la-carte the Shrimp & Crab Linguine (HK$118), is a wonderfully dreamy dish laden with roasted pumpkin, pine nuts and the powerful herb sage – with strong antioxidant properties.
