With premium lunch sets starting at $288, the fantastic new promotion makes a midday meal at Ukiyo one of the best value dining options in town.

Each lunch course comes with staples such as an Appetiser, Salad, Seafood Steamed Egg, Teppanyaki Clams in sake sauce, and a choice of Fried Rice or Inaniwan Udon accompanied by Pickles, Vegetables, Miso Soup and Desserts. Guests can opt for the standard seven-dish Special Course (HK$288), which features dry-gged US Prime ribeye, which is thinly sliced and flash seared on the teppayaki grill before being rolled with scallions and crunchy garlic. For a more premium experience, customers can choose the Chef Recommended Course (HK$388) where foie gras, kive abalone, and US Prime tenderloin or ribeye steal the show.

Ukiyo also provides two attractive sets that can help make corporate meetings easier. For people who choose not to eat beef, the Deluxe Iberico Pork Course for 2 (HK$828) showcases cold water king prawns pairing a creamy avocado paste, and thick cut Iberico pork pluma joining the culinary repertoire, whilst the ultra-luxurious Superior Teppanyaki Course for 2 (HK$1280) gives guests a taste of the finest fresh lobster served two ways — teppanyaki style with a smooth yet savory sea urchin sauce and a flavorful lobster miso soup. The star of this course is the A4 beef from Miyazaki Prefecture. The flavors of the beef are intensified after a 30-day minimum dry-aging process.
