1111 ONES Restaurant & Lounge is delighted to unveil its latest seasonal tasting menu, showcasing inspired global flavours crafted by Executive Chef Chris Chan. Blending culinary traditions from across Asia with the finest ingredients of land and sea from around the world, the new artisanal selection promises an epicurean adventure for discerning diners.
The menu items are available during dinner service, and is priced at HK$1,088 per person, together with an optional wine pairing package at HK$588 for four glasses of wines curated and selected by the restaurant’s resident sommelier Kevin Lam.
