From 4 April to 8 May, Olea has designed a menu focusing on the freshest seafood from around the world. A series of exquisite dishes covering tapas, starters and main courses has been prepared covering a multitude of seafood ingredients and delicious accompaniments.
During the promotion, highlights of dishes on offer include;
Classic Bouillabaisse (Snapper, Prawns, Mussels and Clams) with Rouille
A French classic Mediterranean fisherman’s stew with fresh fish and shellfish in a sublime sauce of saffron and fennel.
Grilled Scallop Kebabs with Tomato Hollandaise Sauce
Japanese scallops grilled with bell pepper and spring onion.
Cod and Paprika Cakes with Cucumber & Mint Yoghurt
Fish cake mixed with mashed potato, spring onion, paprika, egg and capers. The crisp patties are paired with cucumber yoghurt sauce.

Fried New Zealand cod fish with home-cut fries made with fresh potato and served with tartar sauce.
Grilled Dover Sole, Fennel, Tomatoes, Asparagus, Basil Crème Fraîche
Dover sole imported from England and fresh vegetables grilled with butter and white wine sauce.
