The Pioneering Butcher and Restaurateur Celebrates Summer with a New Happy Hour and an Exclusive Sunday Roast Event

Hong Kong’s premium butcher and restaurateur, Feather & Bone, invites guests to feel the joy of summer over brand-new, refreshing Happy Hourtipples and chef-curated snacks, as well as an exclusive dine-in FAB Sunday Roast event on 29 August.

Get your happy on with Feather & Bone’s new Happy Hour deals, perfect for the after-work crowd, boasting a great line-up of refreshing summer mixers and cocktails, wines and beers to cap off summer, available every Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) from 3 to 7pm at all Feather & Bone restaurants.

From Aperol Spritz to Bloody Shiraz Gin & Tonic or a selection of beers and ciders including FAB’s much loved house-brand beer, ‘Three Butchers’ lager, Happy Hour drinks start at only HK$30. For a luxe take on the post-work hangout, guests can also choose from an exceptional selection of wines and champagne to finish the day sparkling. The drinks are best enjoyed with an exclusive Happy Hour snack menu that varies per location, with highlights such as the irresistible Chicken Schnitzel Katsu Sando (HK$68) with creamy chipotle slaw, a hearty Pork & Sage Sausage Roll(HK$48 / 2 pieces) perfected with tomato chilli jam, or the Crispy Pig’s Ears (HK$28) with Szechuan salt for an extra spice kick. Available at all outlets, Group Executive Chef Mick Bolam’s has also fashioned a selection of signature bites, including the craveable Small Charcuterie Board (HK$88), Cheese Platter (HK$98) and jet-fresh Ancelin Oysters (HK$38 per piece). To keep the FAB Happy Hour going, diners can also find these premium wines, spirits and mixers in all FAB shops to enjoy at home.

In celebration of summer and the best day of the week, the pioneering butcher invites FAB-fans to its third exclusive FAB Sunday Roast event on 29 August from 11:30am to 3pm at the brand’s Sai Ying Pun and Happy Valley locations, priced at just HK$380 per person (HK$190 for kids). Back by popular demand and given the success of FAB’s Sunday Roast deliveries, diners can now enjoy a special three-course sharing feast with a selection of starters, a roast main of Grass-fed Roast Wagyu Rump (Happy Valley) or Roast Porchettarolled with red onion and bacon stuffing (Sai Ying Pun) cooked to perfection and served with all the roast trimmings, sides and sauces, and an indulgent dessert to finish. Add HK$258 for a 2 hour free-flow with Prosecco, house wine, beer, juice and soft drinks. As spaces are limited, diners are recommended to make a reservation early.
