Dim sum lovers can also indulge in delicate hand-crafted dim sum items especially created by Chef Mandy this Lunar New Year including the Golden “Dragon” Har Gao (金箔蚧肉鲜虾饺, $9.80++ per set of three pieces) that is packed with succulent prawns and juicy crabmeat, and brushed with a stroke of gold to signify good fortune. Be sure not to miss the luxurious Foie Gras Golden Treasure Bun (鲜果鹅干黄金盒, $9.80 per piece), a contemporary East-meets-West dim sum with a piece of creamy Foie Gras seated atop a bed of crisp alfafa sprouts and topped with chef’s selection of fresh fruits; all set within a lightly fried golden Chinese Mantou.

Showcasing the most opulent flavours of the festive season, the set menus are priced at $318++ and $418++ for 4 persons, $518++ and $618++ for 6 persons, as well as $918++, $1,088++ and $1,388++ for 10 persons.

A reduced àla carte menu of Szechuan Court’s dim sum, lunch and dinner menu will also be available throughout the promotion period.
