This May, Flint at JW Marriott Hotel Hong Kong invites diners on a sun-soaked journey to Portugal’s vibrant coasts with the launch of its Portuguese Classics Four-Course Dinner, available from 1 to 31 May 2025.
Known for their modern classic approach to global cuisine, Flint’s culinary team has reimagined traditional Portuguese flavours with premium ingredients and a refined twist. The result: a soulful yet sophisticated menu that captures the essence of Lisbon and Porto.
The journey begins with a choice between Bolinhos de Bacalhau—crispy salt cod croquettes paired with lime aioli—or Polvo a Lagareiro, featuring tender roasted octopus dressed in garlic olive oil. Next, the beloved Caldo Verde soup brings warmth to the table, with creamy potato, kale, and smoky chorizo lifting the flavours.

For mains, guests can choose between the signature Arroz de Marisco, a brothy seafood rice teeming with mussels, shrimp and clams, or Frango Assado, herb-marinated grilled spring chicken served with roasted vegetables and a bright cherry tomato sauce. The meal ends on a sweet note with Serradura, the classic Portuguese ‘sawdust pudding’ layered with Chantilly cream, crumbled Maria biscuits, and seasonal berries.
The Portuguese Classics Dinner is priced at HK$900 per person (plus 10% service charge) and is available throughout May—including Mother’s Day, making it a perfect celebration option.
