Prunier Oscietra Caviar Tasting Menu and Bar Bites, Innovatively Paired with a Bespoke Cocktail

From June 2 to July 31, Qura Bar at Regent Hong Kong redefines luxury with a bold take on caviar tasting—swapping white tablecloths for vibrant cocktails, coastal flair, and a sleek Art Deco backdrop. In partnership with legendary French house Prunier, Qura presents the Oscietra Caviar Experience: a limited-time curated four-course dinner and à la carte bar bites, each starring five grams of Prunier’s premium Oscietra Caviar, sustainably sourced and certified by Friends of the Sea.

The HK$1,788 set menu features standout creations like:

  • Onsen Egg with Vodka Sauce & Oscietra

  • Line-Caught Turbot with Vermouth Sauce & Oscietra

  • Tagliolini with Lemon Confit & Oscietra

  • Marcona Almond Sponge with Lime Crème & Oscietra

A bespoke cocktail pairing by Head Mixologist Gennaro Pucci—including the floral and bittersweet Bloom & Sand—elevates the experience. An optional chilled Belvedere B10 vodka shot (HK$350) rounds out the indulgence.
