Taste of the Month Returns with Mandarin Oriental & LANDMARK
A Four-Month Culinary Celebration Across Hong Kong’s Finest Restaurants

Following its initial success, LANDMARK proudly partners again with Mandarin Oriental, Hong Kong and The Landmark Mandarin Oriental to present the next chapter of its “Taste of the Month” series, running July through October. This curated dining journey invites guests to experience exceptional tasting menus from Hong Kong’s most iconic restaurants, each paired with champagne and only available Monday to Wednesday evenings.

July – Amber
Embark on a French fine dining experience at Amber, the three-Michelin-starred and one-Green-star restaurant. Executive Chef Richard Ekkebus presents the Amber Experience Dinner, a five-course menu with a surprise “Black Enigma” dish, served with champagne (HK$1,626 +10%).

August – Mandarin Grill + Bar
Savour bold flavours with the 5-course Grill Experience Menu, crafted by Chef Robin Zavou. Highlights include Wagyu Tartare and Challandaise Duck, paired with a glass of Ruinart Blanc de Blanc NV (HK$1,188 +10%).

September – Man Wah
Delight in classic Cantonese at the one-Michelin-star Man Wah, with a six-course menu showcasing Roasted Suckling Pig, Hot & Sour Bird’s Nest Soup, and Iberian Pork Noodles (HK$1,188 +10%).

October – The Aubrey
End the journey at The Aubrey, ranked #10 on Asia’s 50 Best Bars 2024. The 14-course sharing-style izakaya feast includes Sashimi, Tonkatsu Rib, and Miso Black Cod with dessert trio (HK$888 +10%).
