The Steak House at Regent Hong Kong Presents “Argentine Asado: A Reimagining of Fire & Feast”

This summer, The Steak House at Regent Hong Kong—ranked No. 80 on the World’s 101 Best Steak Restaurants 2025 list—welcomes a bold and flavour-forward dining collaboration with Argentina’s Fogón Asado, one of Latin America’s most acclaimed open-fire restaurants.

From 21 to 23 August 2025, diners are invited to a one-of-a-kind five-course tasting menu that brings together two masters of flame and flavour: The Steak House’s Head Chef Amine Errkhis and Chef Sebastián Cardamoni of Fogón Asado, Buenos Aires (ranked No. 35 globally). Celebrating the heritage of traditional Argentine asado, the collaboration honours the primal art of cooking with fire while blending global influences and refined techniques.

The menu spotlights ethically raised, grass-fed Argentine beef—celebrated for its marbling and depth of flavour—alongside standout dishes like pine cone–smoked ribeye cap, Korean Hanwoo 1++ striploin, and Mayura rump tartare topped with Oscietra caviar. The meal concludes on a sweet note with a decadent pancake filled with dulce de leche.

To complete the experience, each night will feature a unique pairing with premium Argentine wines from Zuccardi (21 Aug), Catena Zapata (22 Aug), and Viña Cobos (23 Aug), creating a truly immersive and elevated tasting journey.
