CONSPIRACY CHOCOLATE RELEASES MOONCAKES 2025 COLLECTION
Dubai Chocolate Enhanced
Conspiracy Chocolate – Hong Kong’s home-grown chocolate makers, announces the launch of its 2025 Chocolate Mooncake— our reinterpretation of the viral phenomenon, Dubai Chocolate. Available next week online and at select retailers for pre-order, these mooncakes reimagine the iconic pistachio-kadaif combination with a unique spin on its decadent flavours. Containing half the sugar and double the pistachio, it provides a perfect delight for the Mid-Autumn Festival.
To mark the launch, Conspiracy invites members of the press to an exclusive tasting event on August 13th AND 18th, 2025 (4:30–6PM) at their Wong Chuk Hang Cacao Room. Founders Amit Oz and Celine Herren will showcase the mooncake, followed by a chocolate factory tour and more.

The Mooncake
The 2025 edition is a fresh recipe, balancing deliciousness with nutritional wellness. What we love about the original is the genius combination of pistachio and buttery Kadaif, so we wanted to take this further.

The shell: 75% single-origin dark chocolate, stone-ground for 5 days and aged for a month.

The filling: The iconic pistachio and kadaif filling, adjusted to provide a deeper taste. Stone-grinding the pistachios brings out fresh explosive flavours.

The core: features raspberry jam, the same that we pipe inside the confectionery served as dessert at our three Michelin-Star partner restaurants The core’s sharpness contrasts the pistachio for a light and clean balance.

Sugar content: To allow the flavours to shine, we doubled the pistachio and halved the sugar.
We love the original version of Dubai Chocolate, and we wanted to offer an adaptation that speaks to our own taste and style.

The result is not only surprisingly light, but the complexity and balance allow us to pack this filling with pistachio, while delighting the tastebuds with Dubai’s famous flavour combination.

香港本地品牌 Conspiracy Chocolate 宣佈推出 2025 年度朱古力月餅 —— 我們對爆紅「杜拜朱古力」的全新演繹。這款月餅將於下星期開始接受預訂,於指定零售店及網店發售,專為中秋佳節而設,重新詮釋招牌的開心果配 Kadaif 絲餅口味,糖份減半、開心果翻倍,味道更濃郁,同時健康輕盈。
為隆重其事,Conspiracy 誠邀傳媒朋友出席 2025 年 8 月 13 日及 18 日(下午 4:30 至 6 時)於黃竹坑 Cacao Room 舉行的品嚐活動。屆時,品牌創辦人 Amit Oz 與 Celine Herren 將親自介紹新品,並帶領參觀朱古力工房。

月餅介紹
2025 年版月餅採用全新配方,在美味與營養之間取得平衡。我們鍾愛原版杜拜朱古力中開心果與牛油 Kadaif 的絕妙搭配,這次我們希望走得更遠。
外皮:選用 75% 濃度的黑朱古力,經石磨慢磨五日,熟成一個月。
內餡:保留經典的開心果+Kadaif 配搭,並根據我們的味道調整比例。石磨製法釋放出開心果的新鮮香氣與層次。
核心:同樣選用我們供應三星米芝蓮餐廳的朱古力甜點所使用的紅桑子果醬。
甜度:糖分減半,開心果含量倍增,讓天然風味更突出。
內餡紅桑子的微酸與開心果的醇厚形成清新平衡。雖然我們欣賞原版,但這款月餅展現的是屬於 Conspiracy 的味道與風格。
成品不但意外地輕盈,還因風味層次豐富,讓我們能夠「塞滿開心果」,同時延續杜拜風味的流行精髓。
