Enhanced Offerings including a freeflow of both rose and blanc champagnes on Saturdays and Sundays

Introducing a new chapter of French Riviera dining in Hong Kong with luxurious seafood, aromatic truffle twists and exotic desserts

Hong Kong) La Petite Maison (LPM), Central’s beloved French Riviera-inspired destination on Stanley Street, is moving its popular “La Vie en Rosé” brunch from Sundays to Saturdays, starting from 17th January, and adding exciting new elements.  Sundays will now feature a special a la carte Sunday menu – with the option of freeflow champagnes for a special price.

The refreshed Saturday brunch menu includes sumptuous seafood platters, truffle specials, decadent desserts and vibrant cocktails which draw upon the joie de vivre of the sun-drenched Côte d’Azur, where slow mornings and long lunches are part of the way of life.

Offering a relaxed and convivial space perfect for all-day gatherings, LPM’s sophisticated dining room exudes an effortless French Riviera charm while emphasising seasonal ingredients and high-quality cooking. The new Saturday Brunch continues LPM’s brunch formula of free-flowing sharing starters, with a selection of main courses, sides and desserts and a choice of champagne and cocktail or alcohol-free freeflows. Guests can choose from either “A Mocktail Life” or “A Champagne Life”, which remain at the unchanged price of HK$688 and HK$998 respectively, with the latter uniquely featuring both Legras & Haas Intuition Brut and Legras & Haas Intuition Rose Champagne, giving guests both blanc and rose champagne options – rare for a freeflow brunch. The package also includes signature cocktails of Riviera Citron, LPM Espresso Martini and the show-stopping Nitro Tomatini- a spectacular refreshing twist on LPM’s world-famous signature cocktail.

Brunch guests can savour light and bright dishes that evoke the sunny French coast, from ocean-fresh catches to inventive creations with thoughtfully artistic plating. Designed for intimate, unhurried afternoons, the menu unfolds into an elegant showcase of easy oceanic fare.

All-new starters of reimagined favourites begin with classic Sunny Side Up Eggs, served with sumptuous accompaniments of blue crystal prawns, fresh basil and briny pops of caviar in a luxuriously elevated interpretation.

Playful appetisers of exquisitely balanced flavours continue in Fresh Oysters with Smoked Tabasco (supplement HK$58) and Marinated Salmon Carpaccio with Black Olives Tapanade. The Dressed Crab Salad (supplement HK$458) features a delicately intricate preparation of the crustacean, lifted with bright yuzu mayo to bring out its natural sweetness. Arriving at the table with the shell still fully intact, it’s served with a colourful array of fresh condiments, including grated egg, chives and crunchy cornichons, and presented with homemade chips on the side for an irresistible opener. Alternatively, Avocado & Tuna Tartare unites two refreshing components in a single, photogenic dish, layering fresh tuna with creamy guacamole, caviar and the subtle tartness of fresh lime zest for a creative interplay of textures.

Plâteau De Fruits de Mer (supplement HK$789) is a sensational masterpiece of fresh seasonal catch straight from the Mediterranean waters. For Saturday Brunch, the cold seafood platter opens with rich yellowtail and tuna carpaccio, followed by an indulgent selection of dressed crab, oysters and blue crystal prawns. Served in a dazzling tower and chilled over a bed of crushed ice, the dish is a grand table-side spectacle that captures the essence of Mediterranean indulgence.

Newly added mains take centre stage with bold flavours while staying true to simple, unpretentious recipes. A dish that will impress, Grilled Lobster Provençal (supplement HK$528) features fresh lobster that is expertly halved and generously lathered in Provençal butter before being grilled to perfection. It’s served with aromatic roasted peppers, fried quail eggs and a final squeeze of fresh lemon for an impeccable showcase — underlining LPM’s traditional techniques and culinary finesse brought to every dish. For familiar classics, LPM’s rendition of the comforting Eggs Benedict is decadently elevated with freshly shaved black truffles blanketed over perfectly poached eggs and house-made muffins, topped with sautéed spinach and a velvety truffle Hollandaise.

To wrap up a sensational afternoon, indulge in an assortment of desserts, including the sharing Exotic Baked Alaska for two. Arriving tableside in a theatrical, photo-ready moment, the decadent show-stopper features masterful layers of sweet mango sorbet and homemade vanilla sponge encased within an airy passionfruit meringue. Other sweet indulgences for a satisfying finale include the Sticky Toffee Madelines and the all-time classic Hazelnut Chocolate Tart.

The launch of LPM’s new brunch menu also brings an all-new cocktail rotation, featuring creative concoctions designed to complement the flavour-forward menu. The highlight is undoubtedly the Nitro Tomatini. A theatrical twist on LPM’s absolute signature drink, this version reimagines the savoury classic, featuring Ketel One, Cherry Tomato & Bell Pepper Shrub, served with a captivating liquid nitrogen flair. Guests may also opt for a fresh fruitiness in the Clarified Passion Fruit Mojito or the refreshing zest of Riviera Citron featuring Tanqueray gin and small batch limoncello. Alternatively, guests can enjoy curated mgocktails and an extensive beverage menu of premium wines and Champagne for true Riviera opulence.

LPM also extends its weekend indulgence to Sundays with the introduction of a new Sunday offering. Guests can now enjoy a 1.5 hour champagne freeflow on Sundays for HK$488, alongside the regular a la carte menu as well as some Sunday specials like the Salade de Crab, Homard Grillé à la Provençale, and Oeufs Benedict aux Truffes, as well as Couscous et Merguez and Omelette Norvégienne Exotique for a delightful Sunday dining experience.

A city-wide icon, LPM has delighted diners since opening at the iconic H Queen’s in 2018. With its soft French elegance and warm hospitality, the restaurant offers an intimate and stylish alternative to weekend brunches in Hong Kong, centred on the delectable pleasures of a sophisticated French Riviera lifestyle. To enliven the atmosphere, live DJ entertainment will accompany the easy-going afternoon once a month.
