As the Mediterranean transitions into its quieter season, Explora Journeys introduces a new perspective on ocean travel with the unveiling of ‘A Serene Mediterranean’, the Winter 2026–2027 Journeys Collection aboard EXPLORA II.

Designed for travellers seeking a more contemplative escape, the collection captures the region in its most intimate light — where softened landscapes, fewer crowds and deeper cultural encounters redefine the rhythm of exploration.

Sailing from November 2026 through March 2027, the collection invites guests to experience the Mediterranean beyond its high-season energy. From the volcanic terrain of Lanzarote to the quiet beauty of Santorini’s cliffside villages, each journey is curated to reveal a more authentic and reflective side of the region.

A highlight of the season is the exclusive President’s Journey, hosted by Anna Nash, President of Explora Journeys. Sailing from Barcelona to Lisbon in December 2026, this experience offers guests a rare opportunity to engage more intimately with the philosophy and vision behind the brand.

Recognising a shift in how travellers explore, Explora Journeys introduces a series of shorter itineraries, ranging from four to nine nights. These journeys offer greater flexibility while maintaining the brand’s signature depth and elegance.

Across the Mediterranean and Atlantic coastlines, destinations unfold with intention — from the cultural richness of Sicily and Tunisia to the atmospheric charm of Casablanca, Málaga and Madeira. Lesser-visited ports such as Patmos and La Gomera further enhance the sense of discovery.
