This June, Kimpton Tsim Sha Tsui Hong Kong deepens its creative palette, bringing crafted experiences and an inclusive community to the forefront. From a limited-run Pride Month literary residency to live music moments and the debut of Swim Club’s weekend brunch, the hotel becomes a vibrant canvas for those seeking distinct cultural and social moments.

A Literary Residency for Pride Month

In celebration of Pride Month, Birdsong introduces an intimate corner for artistic expression from 1 to 30 June. In collaboration with Odd One Out, Hong Kong’s leading gallery for illustration and printmaking, Birdsong brings in a thoughtfully assembled bookshelf showcases LGBTQ+ titles, poetry pamphlets and conceptual art books. Featuring works such as Eric Yip’s debut Exposure and Nicholas Wong’s award-winning Crevasse, offering a space for guests to slow down, browse, and linger over coffee, cocktails, and light bites.

Midweek Melodies and Rooftop Rhythms

Evenings at the hotel come alive through an evolving live music series. Every Wednesday from 6-9pm, Birdsong sets a soulful tone as the dynamic duo VoSSa takes the stage. The expressive vocals of Ela Alegre and the melodic precision of saxophonist Lena Cuglietta bring a layer of jazz ambience to the lounge, complemented by a curated selection ofbottled wines (HK$680up), each served with a complimentary artisanal cheese platter.

The energy lifts to the 50th floor for HEADFIRST, Swim Club’s Thursday-night rooftop takeover. From 6 to 11pm, Tsim Sha Tsui’s skyline becomes the backdrop to a Latin-leaning social, where resident DJs set the pace with warm, rhythmic sets. Made for post-work catch-ups, HEADFIRST pairs the view with a special menu of tacos (HK$38)and signature sips, selected Margaritas and Palomas (HK$98), so you can graze, sip, and ease into the night without overthinking it.
