One Duck Lane & Sichuan Verandah Turn Up the Volume with Cantopop Dinner x Disco

Hong Kong’s vibrant dining scene is set to welcome a nostalgic celebration of music, food and nightlife as One Duck Lane and Sichuan Verandah at Hyatt Centric Victoria Harbour Hong Kong present the Cantopop Dinner x Disco on 17 July 2026.

For one night only, guests can immerse themselves in an unforgettable evening where Hong Kong’s iconic Cantopop culture meets contemporary Chinese cuisine. The experience begins with a specially curated seven-course dinner by Executive Chef Jack Chan, inspired by beloved Cantopop classics and featuring signature dishes from both restaurants.

Highlights include One Duck Lane’s tender Honey Glazed Barbecued Pork, Sichuan Verandah’s signature Deep Fried Chicken with Dried Chilli and Sichuan Pepper, alongside comforting favourites such as Sweet and Sour Pork with Pineapple, Seafood Fried Rice, and an array of classic Chinese flavours reimagined with a modern touch.

As the evening unfolds, the atmosphere transforms into a lively disco party featuring live DJ sets by local favourites Beat Friday (INK & BALLSHING). Guests can dance and sing along to Hong Kong’s greatest Cantopop hits while enjoying free-flow Asahi Draft Beer, Prosecco, house wines and soft drinks throughout the evening.

The venue itself will be transformed with vibrant neon lights and retro-inspired décor celebrating Hong Kong’s rich music heritage, creating the perfect backdrop for memorable photos and an energetic Friday night out.

Guests can choose between the full Dinner x Disco experience, which includes the seven-course dinner and unlimited beverages, or join later in the evening with a Disco Party Only ticket for access to the music and free-flow drinks.
