The Pizza Project Serves Up a Beef Showdown with Two Limited-Edition July Pizzas

Pastrami Beef or Beef Tartare? The Pizza Project invites diners to settle the ultimate beef battle with two bold new creations available for one month only.

This July, The Pizza Project is turning pizza night into a flavour-packed showdown with the launch of two limited-edition beef pizzas, each bringing its own unique personality to the table.

Available from 1 to 31 July, the playful campaign pits Pastrami Beef Pizza against Beef Tartare Pizza, inviting diners across Hong Kong to choose their favourite in a delicious battle of bold flavours.

Pastrami Beef Pizza

Inspired by the classic New York deli sandwich, the Pastrami Beef Pizza (HK$218) delivers rich, comforting flavours with an Italian twist.

The pizza begins with a base of creamy fior di latte and rich demi-glace sauce before being topped with tender beef pastrami that has been slow-roasted for 24 hours. Tangy pickles, smooth mustard mayonnaise and cracked black pepper complete the pizza, creating a satisfying balance of smoky, savoury and slightly tangy flavours.

It’s a hearty option that’s perfect for lovers of classic comfort food.

Beef Tartare Pizza

For diners looking for something more adventurous, the Beef Tartare Pizza (HK$198) offers an innovative take on the French bistro favourite.

A warm base of cream cheese and melted fior di latte is topped with freshly seasoned hand-cut beef tartare, mixed with shallots, capers, pickles, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, olive oil and rich egg yolk. Finished with grated Parmesan, the pizza delivers a unique contrast of warm and cold textures, creating an unexpectedly refined dining experience.

The result is a sophisticated pizza that’s both bold and beautifully balanced.

Both pizzas will be available from 1 to 31 July at all The Pizza Project locations across Hong Kong.
