This summer, Mira Dining invites guests to discover a trio of limited-time seasonal menus across three of its acclaimed restaurants—Tsui Hang Village, Cuisine Cuisine at ifc mall, and Daai Zaak. Each restaurant showcases the freshest seasonal ingredients through distinctive Cantonese culinary traditions, offering diners refreshing flavours perfectly suited to Hong Kong’s summer season.

Tsui Hang Village Celebrates Summer with Cooling Cantonese Classics
Michelin-recommended Tsui Hang Village introduces two seasonal dining experiences inspired by traditional Cantonese summer cuisine.
The highlight is the Winter Melon Soup Feast, available until 31 July, featuring the signature Double-Boiled Whole Winter Melon Soup, slowly prepared with an eight-hour broth of old chicken, pork and Jinhua ham before being filled with premium seafood including scallops, shrimp and ham. Designed to cool and nourish the body during the warmer months, the four-person set also includes sautéed prawns with lily bulbs, wok-seared codfish, Inaniwa udon and chilled mango pudding. The set is priced at HK$1,688, while the soup is also available à la carte. Guests who pre-order via the Mira eShop enjoy waived service and tea charges.
Also available through 31 August, the new Refreshing Cantonese Delicacies menu showcases seasonal fruits in creative Cantonese dishes. Highlights include Deep-fried Crispy Pork with Strawberry Sauce, Sweet and Sour Pork Ribs with Pineapple, Seafood Salad Rolls with Mango, Pan-fried Prawns with Passion Fruit Sauce, and Stir-fried Chicken Fillets with Lychee and Zucchini, bringing vibrant summer flavours to traditional recipes.

Cuisine Cuisine Presents an Elegant Summer Degustation
At Cuisine Cuisine in ifc mall, diners can experience a refined Summer Degustation Menu available until 31 August.
Priced at HK$1,288 per person (minimum two guests), the seasonal menu celebrates premium ingredients through elegant Cantonese techniques. Standout dishes include Sautéed Lobster with White Asparagus and Parma Ham, Double-boiled Fish Maw Soup with Wild Duck, Winter Melon and Dried Tangerine Peel, and Pan-fried Cod Fish with Rosemary and Orange Sauce. The experience concludes with a refreshing Chilled Coffee and Milk Pudding with Butterfly Pastry.

Daai Zaak Brings Comforting Home-Style Cantonese Cuisine
Located within Mira Moon in Causeway Bay, Daai Zaak launches its Summer Tasting Menu from 1 July to 31 August, celebrating traditional home-style Cantonese flavours prepared with premium seasonal ingredients.
Curated by Executive Chef Wu Chun Pui, the menu features nourishing dishes including Double-Boiled Abalone Soup with Fish Maw, Sea Cucumber and Winter Melon in Lotus Leaf, Black Pepper Abalone and Pigeon in Casserole, Chilled Jumbo Razor Clam, and Steamed Threadfin with Dried Seafood in Lotus Leaf. Guests will also enjoy the creative Yuzu Honey-glazed Barbecued Pork with Pine Nuts and Rice Cracker.
Normally priced at HK$880 per person, guests who pre-order through the Mira eShop can enjoy a special price of HK$780, along with a complimentary upgrade to the restaurant’s signature Braised 38-head Dried Abalone with Goose Web, while also enjoying waived service and tea charges.
