This time of year, our markets are inundated with an abundant variety of tasty jade-green vegetables from the Cucurbitaceae family otherwise known as gourds – winter melon, cucumber, zucchini, luffa, Chinese okra, chayote and watermelon. Chef Junno Li has swept up the very best and created from these versatile vegetables, which come in a huge variety of different shapes and textures, a selection of refreshingly light new dishes called Jade Harvest – available as individual dishes or a ten-dish tasting menu.

Available until 15th October, the Jade Harvest menu is available as a selection of dishes or as a ten-dish tasting menu at HK$988 per person.
