Chef Junno Li has swept up the very best and created from these versatile vegetables, which come in a huge variety of different shapes and textures, a selection of refreshingly light new dishes called Jade Harvest – available as individual dishes or a ten-dish tasting menu.
Available until 15th October, the Jade Harvest menu is available as a selection of dishes or as a ten-dish tasting menu at HK$988 per person.
