Running throughout July and August, the menu draws inspiration from the rich heritage of Chinese, Indian, Nyonya, and Portuguese culinary traditions — delivering an aromatic, spicy, and satisfying experience with every bite.
Feast on a thoughtfully curated array of iconic dishes, from the sweet and tangy Rojak Salad to the aromatic Bak Kut Teh, and the deeply flavourful Double-Boiled Meat Ball & Crab Meat Soup. Highlights include Singaporean Wok-Fried Pepper Prawn, Ngoh Hiang (five-spice pork roll), Satay Skewers, and Malaysian Curry Chicken — each dish crafted with authenticity and heart.
