This summer, The Lounge at JW Marriott Hotel Hong Kong invites guests to indulge in a bold and flavourful culinary journey with its Singaporean & Malaysian Cuisine Lunch Buffet. Running throughout July and August, the menu draws inspiration from the rich heritage of Chinese, Indian, Nyonya, and Portuguese culinary traditions — delivering an aromatic, spicy, and satisfying experience with every bite.

Feast on a thoughtfully curated array of iconic dishes, from the sweet and tangy Rojak Salad to the aromatic Bak Kut Teh, and the deeply flavourful Double-Boiled Meat Ball & Crab Meat Soup. Highlights include Singaporean Wok-Fried Pepper Prawn, Ngoh Hiang (five-spice pork roll), Satay Skewers, and Malaysian Curry Chicken — each dish crafted with authenticity and heart.

Rice and noodle lovers will be delighted by local favourites like Char Kway Teow, Nasi Lemak, Laksa, Hainanese Chicken Rice, and Ipoh Bean Sprouts Chicken Noodles, all evoking the vibrant street food culture of Southeast Asia.

Diners can also enjoy made-to-order teppanyaki selections prepared live by skilled chefs, alongside an international buffet with premium sushi, maki rolls, over 40 salad condiments, and a customisable noodle station offering options like Dan Dan Noodles and Hong Kong-style cart noodles.

To conclude, an exquisite dessert counter presents a selection of artfully crafted pastries and sweets — the perfect finale to a flavour-packed feast.
