A Full Moon Chocolate Journey with La Maison du Chocolat

Ying Yue Hat Box
In honour of this year’s Mid-Autumn Festival, Nicolas Cloiseau, Master Chef of La Maison du Chocolat and Meilleur Ouvrier de France Chocolatier, has conjured up a tasteful collection of chocolate bonbons in welcoming the August festivities.

La Maison du Chocolat has designed a beautifully crafted box paying tribute to traditional Chinese festivities and exemplifying French-style craftsmanship and refinement. Cloiseau’s tantalizing confectionaries sit encased in packaging as luminous as the eternal full moon, and are bound with cerulean ribbons emblematic of the mystical night sky for a finishing touch.

Whether indulged alone or shared with beloved ones for the convivial evening, this assortment of epicurean delights will certainly have you yearning for more of its aromatic flavours. Spicy hints of Ghana cacao beans give a sensational kick to the dark chocolate bouchée, crunchy slivers of caramelised pecans blend harmoniously into its creamy textured milk chocolate counterpart, and spheres of dark ganache reveal notes of caramel in its hearty centre.

The La Maison du Chocolat Moonchocolate vouchers will be available in boutiques starting July 25th, 2014, and gift boxes will be available in boutiques beginning August 15th, 2014.
