As one of the most esteemed ingredients in the culinary pantheon, lobster is beloved the world over for its juicy texture, irresistible umami, and incredible versatility. This spring, Urban Kitchen, the popular casual eatery at JW Marriott Hotel Macau, is leveling up its dinner buffet menu with a delicious slew of lobster dishes, courtesy of the newly appointed Executive Chef of JW Marriott Hotel Macau and The Ritz-Carlton, Macau — Sven Heinrich Wunram.

He was the Executive Chef at The Ritz-Carlton, Millenia Singapore prior to bringing his award-winning culinary expertise, creativity and eclectic style to his latest Macau post.

Available from now onwards, the Enhancement of Dinner Buffet builds on the regular buffet menu with a rotating selection of luxurious lobster plates including Lobster E-Fu Noodle, Lobster Thermidor, Steamed Garlic Lobster, Lobster Laksa, Udon Noodles with Lobster, Grilled Buttered Lobster and Lobster Aglio Pasta, seamlessly incorporating this prized crustacean into a variety of global cuisines. In case that’s not enough, diners can also enjoy Fresh Boston Lobster and Lobster Claws at the Seafood Station, which also offers fresh oysters, snow crab, langoustine and sashimi.
