Carefully selected plump crab meat is simmered with crab shells and egg whites at low temperatures, then meticulously strained to make crystal-clear King Crab Consommé. Each sip evokes the pristine depths of the North Pacific, elevated by the delicate umami of Shimeji mushrooms. The scrumptious main course—King Crab Dumpling, features tender crab meat blended with ricotta cheese, then wrapped in handcrafted dumplings. The complementing curry sauce, crafted from the Chef’s secret recipe, brings a delicate touch of spice and creamy richness that lingers on the palate. For the grand finale to this refined culinary experience, guests are treated to the classic crowd favourite, Madagascar Vanilla Crème Brûlée.

The Australian Striploin with Crab Oscarfeatures the finest flavours of the Northern Pacific and the Australian ranch. Diners will be impressed by a perfectly grilled succulent striploin, topped with signature Béarnaise-dressed king crab leg meat, alongside Pommes Anna and asparagus. For an alternative main course, opt for the Spicy King Crab Capellini, enlivened with Spanish chorizo and fresh chillies, where cherry tomato sauce and spinach weave a sweet and tangy harmony.
