To welcome the arrival of spring, Cucina and Lobby Lounge at Marco Polo Hongkong Hotel are delighted to announce their new afternoon tea set featuring a delightful strawberry theme. Available until 30 April 2024, Cucina’s chef Andrea and Lobby Lounge’s chef Patrick See meticulously craft an array of dainty morsels using the seasonal strawberries, promising a sweet and indulgent afternoon tea experience for every diners.

Berrylicious Tea Set Delights: Fragola-ndia Afternoon Tea
Cucina is transformed into a strawberry paradise this season with its new Fragola-ndia Afternoon Tea. Meaning “strawberry wonderland” in Italian, guests can immerse themselves in the enchanting world of strawberries and savour 11 meticulously crafted sweet and savoury treats inspired by the luscious strawberries and the authentic flavours of Italy.

A must-try savoury delight includes Duck Liver Terrine with Strawberry Jelly, which showcases the beautiful blend of rich, fruity and sour flavours. This unique creation features homemade duck liver terrine and the refreshingly sour strawberry jelly, creating a harmonious balance that tantalise the taste buds. Other not-to-be-missed Italian canapé includes the classic Focaccia with Parma Ham and Buffalo Cheese and Calzoncello stuffed with Tomato and Mozzarella Cheese, as well as the mouth-watering treat of Smoked Salmon Mini Cone with Caviar and Vol Au Vent with Seafood and Black Truffle.

Berry-delicious confections include the delicate E’clair with Strawberry Mousse and the elegant and indulgent Strawberry & Rose Cheese Cake with a subtle hint of rose. Other highlights include the Strawberry Macarons, Strawberry Caviar and the Strawberry & Balsamic Chocolate Praline, all are crafted to celebrate the luscious and vibrant flavors of strawberries.
