Betsy & Friends: A Quarterly Soirée for Food, Drinks and Fun

La Vache! presents Betsy & Friends—a brand new quarterly event series celebrating community, connection, and, naturally, great food and drinks. Each edition pairs the brasserie with a local collaborator to create a night of fête in true La Vache! style.

For the debut soirée on Wednesday, 18 March, La Vache! Exchange Square joins forces with ARGO at the Four Seasons, who have created three signature cocktails and one mocktail exclusively for the evening. Guests can sip the playful Argo 75, smoky and sweet Fig Leaf Highball, rich Miso Espresso Martini and sparkling zero-proof Garibaldi Spritz, while enjoying sliders and endless frites, Peak Pizza slices and more delicious bites throughout the evening. Live entertainment and a few cheeky surprises complete the night.
