The intimate all-day dining concept promises to amaze its guests with an unparalleled Mediterranean offering with a Southeast Asian twist and one-of-a-kind custom-created 360ᐤ ultra high-definition screens that transport diners through time and space, inviting them to fully immerse themselves in G Room’s culinary journey from East to West.
The luxurious Wanderlusting Afternoon Tea Set (HK$298 per person; minimum two guests) is available daily from 3 to 6pm and combines a tempting spread of the finest savory delicacies and sweet teatime treats. Inspired by the vibrant, exquisite flavors of Spain, the afternoon tea experience starts with Premium Siberian Sturgeon Caviar and a 36 Months Iberico Ham Platter, followed by delicate Fried Baby Jack Mackerel with Deep Fried Crab Claw and Fried Zucchini, a flavorful Spanish Shrimp Toast with Marinated Mini Chicken Drumsticks and freshly Fried Avocado with Crab Meat, Fried Oyster and Grilled Squid. Those with a sweet tooth will savor their choice of four enticing desserts, including Gaia’s delectable Tangy Lemon Cheesecake, an intriguing Black Truffle Cheesecake with Chestnut, a classic Lemon Custard Cake with a luxe twist, the season’s finest fruits with a delicate Puff Pastry or a refreshing Cantaloupe Melon Cream Cake – a light summer dessert that melts in the mouth. Ending the afternoon indulgence on a hot and sweet note, a Homemade Seasonal Fresh Fruits Waffle promises the perfect finish to the high tea treat with coffee or tea.
