ĀN SOY BY CHEF VICKY LAU TO LAUNCH FIRST POP-UP AT THE LANDMARK CENTRAL
Showcasing an exclusive menu of soy milks, soy pastries & savoury soy-based dish by Chef Vicky Lau & Team
Hong Kong – ĀN, the latest soy-focused gourmet and lifestyle venture by Chef Vicky Lau following the success of restaurant MORA, will be popping up for the first time at The Landmark in Central. The pop-up will run for a limited period from 1st February until 31st March 2023 on the third floor of The Landmark, where guests can savour an exclusive soy-based menu of homemade drinks, pastries, and savoury snacks to-go.
Inspired by the versatility and multi-faceted nature of soy as an ingredient, ĀN is a platform for Chef Vicky and her team to fuse sustainability with innovation to create original soy-based gourmet products. ĀN’s soy milk and tofu are made in-house with certified non-GMO beans, combining the ancient Chinese soy milk tradition with Japan’s modern bean-to-pulp production technology.
Products on offer at ĀN’s first pop-up outside of its original location at date by TATE, will include drinks such as its signature Nature Soy Milk (HK$22), Black Sesame Soy Milk (HK$28) and Pistachio Soy Milk (HK$32), to sip alongside new pastry creations such as Chocolate Chip Soy Pulp Cookie (HK$40), Pistachio & White Chocolate Soy Pulp Cookie (HK$40), Hojicha Financier with Hojicha Ganache (HK$32), Goji Berry Honey Financier with Red Date Chocolate Ganache(HK$32), Soy Sauce Caramel Soymilk Pudding (HK$35) and Condensed Milk + Soy Milk Tea Pudding (HK$35).
Savoury options of soy-based item will include Mapo Tofu Rice (HK$78) for the lunch crowd.
“We’re kicking off the new year strong with our very first ĀN pop-up after months of R&D, perfecting our homemade soy milk recipes, and finding creative new ways to incorporate soy in pastries.
