Arcane, the hidden refined-dining gem set amid the hustle and bustle of Central, is celebrating its two years in Hong Kong with an exclusive menu featuring only the best signature dishes during from Monday 7th November-Thursday 10th November. As the first Australian chef to achieve one and two Michelin stars (both attained while he was Head Chef and Co-owner of Pied-a-Terre in London), award-winning Chef Osborn is bringing a scrumptious 6-course menu for just HK$888 a head, exclusively available for just four nights.
Through Chef Osborn’s lifelong dedication and commitment to his farm-to-table approaches, guests may expect only the freshest and finest ingredients for their culinary journey at Arcane. The 2nd Anniversary experience begins with refreshing Raw Hokkaido Scallops with Jerusalem artichokes and black truffle, followed by the creamy and rich Sautéed potato gnocchi with fresh porcini. Next, patrons may expect their mouth-watering signature Slow Braised Wagyu Short Rib with celeriac and persillade – perfectly succulent and rich. To refresh the palate, the experience ends with the light and sweet Yuzu and lemon posset with mandarin and yoghurt ice cream. Arcane will also be offering two additional dishes that will only be revealed once guests dine in – after all, a surprise element is a must for the ultimate celebratory occasion. In addition, renowned Chef Osborn will be sharing his insider secret recipes on how to make these delicious dishes at home at the end of the dining experience.
The 6-course menu is priced at HK$888 per person and is available only at dinner. The restaurant’s a la carte menu will also be available during this period to ensure guests have an extensive selection of choice when visiting the restaurant.
