Modern French casual bistro Babette Social Eatery is thrilled to unveil a dazzling series of festive menus throughout December, promising unforgettable holiday dining experiences for all. Curated by Chef Cédric Tsia, whose background includes renowned Michelin-starred establishments Amber and Louise, these new dining experiences promise to deliver the warm, convivial spirit of a classic French bistro, making Babette the perfect destination for holiday celebrations.
Kicking off the festivities on December 1, Babette Social Eatery invites guests to experience its vibrant Festive Brunch ($498/person)—a celebration of French flavours perfect for gathering with friends and family. The brunch begins with an irresistible selection of sharing starters: the silky Gravlax de Saumon with house-cured salmon and smoked cream; the indulgent Babette Oeuf Bénédicte, where rich Hollandaise meets earthy winter black truffle atop fluffy brioche; the refreshing Salade Niçoise bursting with fresh herbs, tuna loin, and zesty mustard dressing; and the decadent Tarte au Foie Gras heightened by sweet pear and walnut condiments.

For mains, savour Babette’s signature Poulet Jaune—a tender whole poached yellow chicken, exquisitely served with fragrant tarragon and buttery Koshihikari rice—or opt for the luscious Cremeux aux Champignons, with orzo pasta bathed in a velvety mushroom jus and finished with winter black truffle. End your meal on a blissful note by choosing from a tempting dessert trio—cheese selections, classic chocolate mousse, or the show-stealing Pavlova with its crisp meringue, tangy raspberry coulis, and a medley of juicy red berries for a festive finish.
On December 24, guests are invited to celebrate the joy of Christmas with an exclusive 5-course Christmas Eve dinner ($888/person). This refined menu showcases seasonal ingredients in elegant dishes such as Cèpes & Canard, pairing earthy porcini mushrooms with silky-smooth cured duck breast and gingerbread croutons, and Saint-Jacques, featuring perfectly grilled scallops atop celeriac purée, delicately finished with fresh winter black truffle. The main event, Volaille Sauce Périgueux, offers slow-cooked chicken breast in truffle sauce, while dessert is a festive Tarte aux Marrons that brings sweet chestnut and subtle cocoa notes together for a perfect finale.

As the festivities continue, Babette invites guests to welcome the new year in style with a sophisticated 4-course New Year’s Eve menu ($728/person) on December 31. The celebration starts with a refreshing Salade de Crabe with salmon roe and almond cream, and an indulgent Oeuf Parfait with porcini mushrooms and fresh winter black truffle. The centerpiece is a classic Filet de Bœuf—a tender beef tenderloin presented with silky brown onion purée, glazed carrots, and finished with a rich bone marrow jus accented by fragrant Kampot pepper and a touch of Cognac. The meal is completed with the Marbré Pralin, a marble cake with vanilla cream and toasted hazelnuts, for a sweet end to the year.
