Open since November 2013, La Vache! is a neighborhood steakhouse that provides a distinctively Parisian dining experience in the heart of Hong Kong’s vibrant Soho district. Inspired by the spirit of old Parisian brasseries, the restaurant offers a simple menu where diners enjoy just one dish: a green salad followed by steak frites served with generous pots of béarnaise sauce made according to La Vache!‘s secret recipe. In the past year, La Vache! has won over a loyal fan base of locals and expatriate customers, returning time and again for its signature steak frites.
