Café East at New World Millennium Hong Kong Hotel brings European delicacies to its dinner buffet table from now till 18 December, featuring an array of specialities from Germany, France, Spain, Italy and Portugal that guide diners’ palates through a culinary adventure.
The gastronomic journey begins with a wide selection of appetisers including Italian Antipasto, Spanish Octopus Salad, Pork Rillettes and Beef Carpaccio. Hot dish recommendations include Seafood Paella, Portuguese-style Suckling Pig, French Duck Confit, German Sausages with Sauerkraut, French Steamed Clams with White Wine, Milanese-style Braised Beef Short Ribs, Portuguese-style Braised Pork Knuckles, Italian Pork Involtini, French Beef Bourguignon, Homemade Pizza, as well as Handmade Pasta. To complete the meal, diners are spoiled with a line-up of desserts including Churros, Torreja, Pastel De Tentúgal, Baba Au Rhum and Torta Caprese.
Aside from the European selection, diners may savour a range of international fare, including unlimited servings of Seafood on Ice featuring Boston Lobsters, Crabs, Mussels and Prawns. Also on offer are Teppanyaki Wagyu Beef, King Prawn, Lamb Chop, Salmon and authentic Indian Curries and Roti crafted by the Indian chef. Not-to-be-missed are Double-Boiled Soup, Ban Chang Kueh made à la minute, Ice Cream and homemade Yogurt Ice Cream with sweet condiments for diners’ selection.
