Cassio Gives Life Back to Music with New Shake It EP Pop-Up Series and an Abundance of New F&B Offerings

This summer, Cassio celebrates the return to social normalcy by premiering its new Shake It EP pop-up series, luxury food and liquor pairings, as well as savouring the Spanish inspirations behind the new all-you-can-eat pinchos menu, gourmet tapas and summer cocktails, all in interiors recently revamped by HERVET Manufacturier, co-founded by Daft Punk creative director Cédric Hervet. 
 
Pinch Me! A Sizzling Spanish Summer with Pinchos and New Tapas and Cocktails
 
From 5pm to 10pm every Wednesday and Thursday, let Cassio take your tastebuds on a journey with an all-you-can-eat pinchos experience. At just $298 per person, the Pinch Me! Pinchos menu consists of an ever-changing selection of 15 light bites plucked straight from the Spanish coast, featuring traditional Basque and Catalan delights such as Cod Brandade, Prawn Croqueta, and Chistorra, as well as moreish classics like Iberico charcuterie, Beef Tartare, and Spanish Omelette. 
 
New on the menu starting August 4th are three deluxe tapas: Bikini de Lujo, a richly flavoured bikini style sando filled with 40 months cured Ibérico Ham and 6 months cured Manchego cheese and topped with Acipenser Baerii Caviar and edible gold; Empanadillas, a traditional Spanish flaky pastry stuffed with sweet potato, spinach, goat cheese, pecan nuts, cumin and drizzled with honey; and lastly a more substantial tapa of Ibérico Burger, made with Ibérico cured Dewlap, Ibérico Sobrasada, Angus Beef & Smoked Paprika Mayo.
 
Make it a fiesta with Cassio’s Summer Drinks Specials, including 3 refreshing new cocktails: the Passion Caipirinha ($108) made from cachaça, a fresh sugarcane juice liquor similar to rum from Brazil; the Lagerita ($108), a bubbly mix of lager and El Jimador Reposado tequila; and the Apricot Bellini made with apricots and Cava in place of the traditional prosecco and peach puree combination ($108), as well as a Red or White Sangria jug ($220) perfect for a summer sundowner’s session with friends or workmates on Cassio’s breezy terrace or indoor lounge.
