With the beginning of the New Year, Castellana introduces two tasting menus; one to warm the heart during the winter months and the other in honour of San Valentino, for whom Valentine’s Day and romance are celebrated.

Staying true to its roots in Piedmont in Northern Italy, Castellana takes guests on a gastronomic journey to this enchanting region with its new tasting menu – Immersion in Piedmont. Curated by the esteemed Chef Romeo Morelli, the menu highlights the winter ingredients and rich flavours from Italy’s epicurean paradise that transport you to enchanting region without stepping foot on a plane.

The Immersion in Piedmont tasting menu offers a choice of four courses priced at HKD 980 (with an optional wine pairing for an additional HKD 680) or six courses priced at HKD 1,380 (with an optional wine pairing for an additional HKD 880). Each course has been thoughtfully crafted to charm the senses and take guests on an unforgettable culinary experience.
