OMEGA 42mm

OMEGA’s new 42mm Seamaster Diver 300M in stainless steel is limited to 7,007 pieces and features a black PVD on black ceramic dial with a spiral-brushed gun barrel design and 9mm bullet head at the centre. On the side of the case, OMEGA has placed an 18K yellow gold plate engraved with each unique Limited Edition number.

18K yellow gold has also been used to create the hands and indexes, including the index at 12 o’clock, which is inspired by the Bond family coat-of-arms. On the 7th day of each month, the number 7 on the date window uses the same font as the 007 logo. There is also a hidden ‘50’ on the 10 o’clock index, which appears by night as a secret signature within the Super-LumiNova.

OMEGA’s enduring connection to James Bond is clearly a source of pride for OMEGA President and CEO Mr. Raynald Aeschlimann, who described the new Seamaster as: “A fitting tribute to a classic Bond film and one of cinema’s most iconic characters. This extraordinary watch is elegant, full of surprises and sure to be extremely popular with collectors and fans of the character, due to its many Bond-related features.”

Presented on a black rubber strap, OMEGA’s new Bond watch is Master Chronometer certified and housed in a stylish black box with gun barrel patterns and bullet head buttons.

OMEGA has been worn on the wrist of James Bond since GoldenEye in 1995, when the spy was first seen on screen wearing his own Seamaster Diver 300M.

Outstanding Leading Actress in a Drama nominee Mandy Moore of This Is Us looked sleek and elegant wearing an off-the-shoulder gown adorned by Forevermark statement pieces and Viola Davis of How to Get Away with Murder radiated classic Hollywood glamour, pairing her black and white ensemble with show-stopping diamond necklaces and timeless diamond studs.

Hermès Heure H

A strong and steadfast signature, Heure H – created in 1996 under the impetus of the designer Philippe Mouquet – is more than
a watch. It is indeed a symbol, which has maintained its edginess, its dynamism and its freshness over the years, thanks largely to the
singular idea of capturing time inside a letter. An amusing way to frame the passing of time.

An object of Hermès’ leather goods expertise, the double tour strap – designed by Martin Margiela for his first fashion show for Hermès in 1998 – fits seamlessly into the case and accentuates its graphic shape. This watch band features a dual nature, with a classic finish between the case lugs and a geometric micro-perforated H pattern on the second loop around the wrist. To achieve a transparent effect, a wafer-thin sliver of Beton leather is inserted between the two strap sections.

Crafted by Hermès Horloger artisans, the Heure H watch case is available in two versions. The first, made of steel, is adorned with an apricot or vermillion strap, while the second rose gold-plated variation comes with a black or etoupe strap. The white lacquered dial, punctuated by four Arabic numerals and metallic hands, strikes a pleasing contrast with the strap colours. The overall result is a perfect match between rigorous stylistic
and technical disciplines, highlighted by the precision of a deft and expert touch.

Inspired by culture and art from the Renaissance period, the Éternelle rings feature sparkling diamonds embedded in the lace-like metal ring frames. The Brand’s signature “modellato” engraving technique is used along the borders of the rings, completing the pieces’ elegantly light look. The Éternelle ring from the Ramage collection embraces the concept of eternity, while the Éternelle ring from the Rombi collection seamlessly radiates elegance and class with its iconic geometric shapes.

John Hardy Launches Tiga Classic Chain: A Vintage Reissue

John Hardy is pleased to introduce Tiga Classic Chain as an evolution to the iconic Classic Chain® collection. While revisiting the origins of John Hardy, Creative Director Hollie Bonneville Barden discovered this triangular iteration of our signature Classic Chain, originally developed in the 1980s by our master artisans in Bali. Tiga Classic Chain returns with a modern pyramidal form that adds height to you stack and locks with a reimagined doubled-faceted clasp for women and men. Translating into the Balinese word for “three”, Tiga references the harmony of self, soul and nature – when aligned, they ignite a powerful force.

Inspired by the signature weave of our Classic Chain, this technique is descended directly from traditional Balinese chain-weaving, where women weave offerings of flowers for the gods as well as cloth and baskets as a part of daily life. Traditionally, weaving was an art that took place in the home, empowering women to bring prosperity to their families. To this day, our Classic Chain collection is still woven 100% by women. Artisan handcrafted every step of the way, the process begins with the creation of the wire itself, pulled through metal draw plates, and ending with the final process involving the precise hammering to achieve the sharp angles and signature pyramid shape.

The collection reaches pinnacle expression in our Fall 2019 campaign where both muses Penélope Cruz and Adwoa Aboah show their magnetic yet grounded spirits while highlighting the various offerings of this soulful evolution to Chain. Cruz combines the designs, pairing a bold, graphic Tiga Classic Chain bracelet stack with dramatic hoop earrings, while Aboah remains true to her signature aesthetic highlighting the new Tiga Classic Chain necklace layered with fine, gold Classic Chain® and a myriad of earrings.

Melding the past with the present, Tiga offers an angular interpretation of the John hardy archive in styles for both men in bracelets and women in a variety of bracelets, necklaces and rings.  In Hong Kong, the collection will be exclusively available first at Sogo Department Store in Causeway Bay beginning August 1st,, and available from September onwards in Gateway Boutique and Lane Crawford.

Tiffany & Co

Tiffany & Co. announces a new exhibition opening in Shanghai, China, “Vision & Virtuosity,” celebrating the legendary jeweler’s greatest creative masterpieces. The first of its kind for Tiffany, “Vision & Virtuosity” was conceived as a journey through history, an exploration of Tiffany’s brand codes and a glimpse of what’s to come. It’s an immersive view into the acclaimed house that honors its past while revealing the importance of this unique history to the present. Shanghai, a global capital with a rich cultural heritage and international influence, is a fitting destination for an exhibition of this caliber.

“‘Vision & Virtuosity’ is a tribute to Tiffany & Co., which has stood for masterful craftsmanship and innovative design since Charles Lewis Tiffany founded his company in New York City in 1837,” said Alessandro Bogliolo, chief executive officer, Tiffany & Co. “These two values—vision and virtuosity—lie at the heart of Tiffany & Co. and this exhibition represents the best of our brand.”

“Vision & Virtuosity” transports visitors to an imaginative world that showcases the most important objects from The Tiffany Archives. The exhibition’s installations contextualize the brand’s trailblazing moments, documenting the numerous “Tiffany firsts” such as the introduction of the modern engagement ring, the Tiffany® Setting.

“There are many incredible objects in The Tiffany Archives that we draw inspiration from and we are constantly finding ways to reinvent and reinterpret them for our designs today,” said Reed Krakoff, chief artistic officer, Tiffany & Co. “With this exhibition, we honor the past and show how beauty and masterful craftsmanship are timeless and always relevant.”

The thematic journey takes visitors through six chapters devoted to Tiffany & Co.’s longstanding history of excellence in design and craftsmanship

Blue Is the Color of Dreams

The robin’s-egg Tiffany Blue® takes center stage in this room, which highlights the iconic color used in Tiffany jewelry, branding and its important presence as a cultural icon. Paying tribute to Tiffany’s legacy of discovering and introducing colored gemstones, this room features stones such as Montana sapphires and tanzanites—a purplish-blue stone that Tiffany introduced to the world in 1968.

The World of Tiffany

A visual testament to the breadth of Tiffany’s representation in popular culture, The World of Tiffany installation showcases Tiffany’s iconic influence in film, television, music and literature. This space highlights the evolution of the Tiffany Blue Box®, the construction of the Fifth Avenue flagship store in New York City, influential figures who have donned Tiffany jewels and other definitive moments that have positioned Tiffany as a destination that creates joy through its inspiring designs.

The Tiffany Blue Book

Visitors will discover the innovation and artistry behind the high jewelry pieces that define the Blue Book collections. This room presents everything from the original 1845 Blue Book, the United States’ first mail-order catalogue, to the transcendent works of Jean Schlumberger and Elsa Peretti. This room tells the story of the design evolution and the craftsmanship that have informed Tiffany’s inventiveness for nearly two centuries, including pieces from current Tiffany & Co. chief artistic officer Reed Krakoff’s Blue Book collections.

Tiffany Love

Tiffany has always crafted designs that celebrate connections and the way people express their feelings through tokens of love. The objects in this room offer a glimpse into the important role that Tiffany has played in the world’s greatest love stories, including the design of the first modern engagement ring, the Tiffany® Setting and the newly introduced Tiffany True™ engagement ring.

Breakfast at Tiffany’s

No other film has had such a profound role in cementing Tiffany’s allure in popular culture than Breakfast at Tiffany’s. This chapter takes visitors behind the scenes of the film with its curation of exclusive objects such as the original script with Audrey Hepburn®’s personal annotations and behind-the-scenes photos at the Fifth Avenue flagship store.

Diamonds: Miracles of Nature

In this room, visitors are invited to discover Tiffany’s most treasured and important diamonds. Diamonds: Miracles of Nature pays tribute to Tiffany’s diamond authority through the ages, from the Gilded Age and Art Deco periods to contemporary designs. The exhibition culminates with the crowning jewel of Tiffany—the Tiffany Diamond. This 128.54-carat fancy yellow diamond, which has long been a source of inspiration and a starting point for jewelry collections at Tiffany, is unequivocally one of the most important gemstones in the world.
