Chef Uwe Presents Easter Menu at Restaurant Petrus

Known for its Michelin-star, refined French cuisine, and views over Victoria Harbour, Restaurant Petrus has prepared a gastronomic feast to elevate Easter dining to new heights. With the restaurant’s ambience, polished guéridon service, and classical design, guests are in for a memorable time.

Executive Chef Uwe Opocensky has crafted an exclusive Easter Set Lunch and Dinner to showcase  seasonal ingredients, available from 3 to 5 April 2026 the multi-course menu promises to delight guests. Begin with Initial Egg, a dish of aged potato, tender leek, and aromatic black truffle, to set the tone for the meal ahead. Chef Uwe’s Roast French Baby Lamb Rack is the centrepiece of the table alongside a velvety purée of baby artichoke and a tangy-sweet condiment of dried apricots, showcasing the refined technique and balanced flavours of Restaurant Petrus. Concluding the meal on a sweet note, with Chef Uwe’s take on a playful Easter Egg which brings together a trifecta of chocolate, hazelnut, and caramel.

Family Adventures With the Easter Family Staycation Package

From 27 March till 6 April 2026, families can treat themselves to an Easter getaway at Island Shangri-La.  Designed to encourage rest and relaxation for parents with engaging activities for children, the Easter Family Staycation Package is tailored with families’ needs in mind. Guests of all ages can enjoy quality time together in one of Island Shangri-La’s award-winning themed family suites for a one-night stay during the holiday period, while a top range of amenities available at their fingertips create an environment that feels like home.

Island Shangri-La’s facilities are tailored to family-focused stays and experiences, starting with the dedicated 45th-floor sanctuary, home to specialised family suites and communal spaces designed for childcare and family engagement. Dive for hidden gold and jewels in the Underwater Treasure Themed Family Suite, take off to planets unknown in the Airship Voyage Themed Family Suite, or draw on your imagination to tell the tales of princes and princesses in the Enchanted Castle Themed Family Suite – teach offering an imaginative setting for families to enjoy together  Bespoke Easter-themed room amenities will add a special touch to the accommodations.

No Easter celebration is complete without an Easter Egg Hunt. On 5 April, Island Shangri-La’s Harbour Room and Roof Garden on the 56th floor will be transformed into a festive setting where hotel guests can enjoy two hours of Easter egg hunting, along with themed workshops featuring arts and crafts, magic, storytelling, and face painting.
