Bathers, the acclaimed beachfront restaurant on Lower Cheung Sha Beach, will offer a special semi-buffet three-course Easter lunch and Easter Egg Hunt this Easter Friday, 29 March 2024, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.
The special semi-buffet Easter three-course lunch menu with Easter egg hunt and family game on the beach is priced at HK$390 per adult (includes a glass of house wine) and HK$295 per child (includes a glass of soft drink or fresh juice).
The semi-buffet includes the Charcuterie Platter with San Daniele Parma ham, salami Milano and pistachio mortadella; Flat Bread with hummus and veggies; Focaccia Pizza topped with mozzarella, arugula and pesto sauce; Sweet Potato Salad with beetroot, feta cheese, cherry tomato and thyme dressing; Roast Beef with tartare sauce and baby spinach; and Guac & Chips with homemade guacamole served with warm tortilla chips; and Caesar Salad with romaine lettuce, bacon, eggs and cripsy croutons.
Each guest will choose one main course from the options of Double Cheeseburger with tomato, lettuce with fries; Beer Battered Cod Fish and Chips with tartare sauce; Half Yellow Spring Chicken with roasted baby; or Pesto Pasta with Parmesan and pine nuts.
Finish your beachside meal with your favourite dessert: a Chocolate Brownie with strawberry ice cream, a Carrot Cake topped with Nutella sauce and vanilla ice cream, or a classic creamy Tiramisu.
The Bathers’ Easter Egg Hunt and a series of family games will take place on the beach; not only will the winner receive handsome prizes, but all participants will receive a special entry prize to take home, making a perfect family bonding Easter weekend.
