Priced at HK$788+10% per person, Executive Chef Roberto Zorzoli is best known for his attention to detail and his elegant flavour pairings; guests will first be welcomed with
Wagyu Beef Carpaccio garnished with pickled mushrooms and charred Japanese eggplant, gently drizzled with a light shiso sabayon.
To follow, Chef Zorzoli will present a soul-soothing Roasted Squash & Ginger Soup, served with grandma’s Italian meatballs, dried coconut and crispy leeks.
The festive menu will continue with Mushroom Risotto, made with Carnaroli rice, chestnut mushrooms, fresh Stracciatella with truffles, and garnished with enoki crisp; and the Turkey Leg Roll, with sides of herbed-mashed potatoes, sautéed baby vegetables and cranberry sauce.
Finish your Thanksgiving feast with a decadent Pumpkin and Pecan Pie, garnished with mascarpone and Cointreau foam, topped with vanilla ice cream, making for the perfect sweet touch before the traditional post-meal food coma kicks in.
