This holiday season, MâmAmis invites guests to elevate their celebrations with a distinctively Vietnamese touch, blending traditional flavours with festive flair. From Thanksgiving through to New Year’s, the restaurant offers an enticing selection of seasonal menus, reimagining holiday classics through the lens of Vietnamese culinary artistry.
MâmAmis’ festive offerings begin with its beloved Thanksgiving and Christmas à la carte items, available from today through 31 December. Guests can savour dishes like the Roasted Turkey Bánh Mì (HK$128) and Roasted Turkey Pho (HK$138), each thoughtfully crafted to bring the comforting flavours of a holiday feast to life with a Vietnamese twist. The Bánh Mì features carved roasted turkey, fresh cucumber, pickled carrots, and daikon, enriched by a layer of pork liver pâté and topped with a sriracha cranberry aioli. Meanwhile, the Roasted Turkey Pho combines roasted turkey with rice noodles, classic stuffing, and Vietnamese herbs in a light chicken broth, topped with a soft-boiled egg, to complete this delightful fusion.
For those gathering in groups, MâmAmis offers a takeaway festive set menu designed to bring friends and family together in the spirit of sharing, available until the end of this year. The Festive Dinner Set for 8 to 12 people, priced at HK$4,288, is the perfect choice. The menu features MâmAmis’ signature Whole Roasted Turkey, weighing 12 to 14 pounds, marinated in aromatic Vietnamese herbs and complemented by Homemade Gravy and Sriracha Cranberry Aioli, with delicious sides and accompaniments for an unforgettable feast.
In addition to the Whole Roasted Turkey, the Festive Dinner Set takes the celebration up a notch with a Vietnamese Cold Cuts Platter, an exciting new addition to this year’s offerings. This charcuterie-style board includes a selection of Vietnamese cold cuts, cheeses, jams, and a variety of accompaniments, including Sliced Baguette, Vietnamese Pork Roll, Stir-Fry Mix Hog Roll, Jambon da Bao, and Vietnamese Jambon. The feast also includes a Pomelo Salad, a decadent Dessert, and a bottle of red and white wine to complete this well-rounded meal. The Vietnamese Cold Cuts Platter (HK$1,288) is also available on the à la carte menu for a limited time for takeaway and dine-in. At the same time, the Roasted Turkey (HK$1,688) is available for a limited time for takeaway only. Pre-ordering is required at least two days in advance for both items.
