Hugo’s Christmas Set Dinner

Make this Christmas a decadent affair with Hugo’s Five–Course Christmas Set Dinner as Hugo’s culinary team will meticulously prepare an array of gastronomic indulgences with the restaurant’s signature gueridon service.

Start the evening with Hugo’s classic prawn cocktail with Marie Rose dressing, romaine lettuce and cherry tomatoes prepared tableside, before revelling in Five spiced foie gras terrine with fig jam and toasted brioche. Be impressed by Hugo’s lobster bisque, the restaurant’s signature cream and brandy scented lobster soup made with Atlantic Boston lobster flamed tableside. Enjoy the festivities in full with Roasted US turkeypresented on the carving wagon and served with parsnips, carrots, red cabbage, young potatoes, Brussel sprouts, chestnut stuffing and giblet gravy, or upgrade to Roasted US Rib of Beef on a supplement. Complement the night with British Christmas pudding with brandy custard and vanilla ice cream, flamed tableside.

Hugo’s Five-Course Christmas Set Dinner is priced from HK$1,388 per person and is available on 24 and 25 December 2021. The à la carte menu is also available for order.

Hugo’s Festive Brunch

Indulge in a wide range of celebratory fare at Hugo’s festive brunch featuring a wide selection of signature hors d’oeuvres and salads from the buffet, followed by a choice of main courses such as Roasted French chicken, Pan-fried French Challandais duck breast, the signature Roasted US prime rib of beef, Hugo’s classic half Boston lobster thermidor, etc. End the lavish feast with an array of Hugo’s handcrafted desserts and pastries from the buffet.

Hugo’s Festive Brunch is available on 25 and 26 December 2021, 1 and 2 January 2022, and it is priced at HK$958 per adult and $638 per child. Enrich the dining experience with free-flow Champagne for an additional HK$320 or with free-flow white and red wine for an additional HK$198.
