Cafe Lantau
Cafe Lantau steps things up a notch at its latest premium Japanese theme, Umami Odyssey Buffet, with a myriad of extravagant items. Guests can indulge in Chilled Boston Lobster, Hamburger Rice with Foie Gras, Sushi Bar and Standing Bone-in Rib Eye and Butterball Turkey carving at lunch period, while the main courses at semi-buffet dinner will be upgraded to Grilled Alaska Crab Leg and Crab Bisque Linguini, Grilled Half Rock Lobster with Fennel and Avocado Salad, Wagyu Hanger Tender with Foie Gras Butter along with Suckling Pig at the buffet station to ensure the meal a luxurious one.
