Celebrate Valentine’s Day with Woolly Pig Hong Kong
This Valentine’s Day, modern Australian restaurant Hue, with its exquisite panoramic Victoria Harbour views, is the perfect setting in which to set hearts aflame.
The Valentine’s Day set menu is available throughout Sunday and Monday, 13-14 February 2022, from 11:00 am to 6:00 pm, with various seating options available. The three-course menu is priced at HK$1,080+10% per person.

Guests will first be welcomed with a series of stunning starters, including a choice of Australian quail served with braised lettuce, mushroom, hazelnut and shaved truffle; smoked mackerel served with creme fraiche, pickled cucumber, and a touch of dill oil; or oysters two ways, freshly shucked and topped with finger lime caviar and sturgeon N25 caviar.
To follow, there are three options for mains: perfectly grilled duck breast, served with swiss chard, dashi red cabbage, and seared foie gras; al dente gnocchi with mushroom, celeriac, truffle cream sauce and kale; or the Wagyu striploin served with black garlic puree, grilled leeks, and confit white onion.
Finish with an enticing dessert, with the choice of raspberry heart topped with raspberry yoghurt mousse on shortbread chocolate biscuit; or Korean strawberries, with strawberry sponge cake, garnished chocolate-dipped strawberries.
