Hailing from distinguished backgrounds in Omakase restaurant concepts in Osaka and Hong Kong, Chef Sugawara’s culinary journey has seen him at the helm of esteemed kitchens across the globe. Notably, he recently served as Chef De Cuisine at Kumoi Japanese Restaurant in the Four Seasons Hotel Guangzhou and Japanese Head Chef at Hong Kong’s 2-Michelin Starred Sushi Yoshi. His global tenures have shaped his vision as a chef, providing a well-rounded approach in the kitchen and an awareness of the taste preferences of diners in Hong Kong and beyond.
