Cheval Blanc Randheli Welcomes Christian Redl for an Exceptional Journey of Breath, Stillness and Ocean Discovery

Randheli – Cheval Blanc Randheli is delighted to welcome Christian Redl, one of the world’s most celebrated freedivers and a thirteen-time world record holder, from 17th to 24th August 2026.

Cheval Blanc will unveil a series of experiences inspired by the transformative power of breath, mindfulness and the ocean.

Throughout his residency at Cheval Blanc Randheli, Christian will share his unique savoir-faire through a collection of immersive experiences thoughtfully curated for the Maison. Guests will have the opportunity to participate in guided breathwork sessions, lagoon initiations, freediving explorations above the pristine coral reefs surrounding the Spa Island, and exceptional manta ray encounters in the UNESCO-protected waters of Hanifaru Bay.

Designed for both beginners and experienced ocean enthusiasts, the program combines physical, mental and emotional wellbeing, encouraging guests to reconnect with themselves while discovering the Maldives from a new perspective. Under Christian’s guidance, participants will learn techniques to improve concentration, develop breath awareness, cultivate mindfulness and experience the unique sensation of stillness beneath the surface.

A highlight of the residency will be a series of intimate evening gatherings held at Le 1947 Lounge, where Christian Redl will share stories from his remarkable career through motivational screenings and interactive conversations. Guests will be invited to explore themes of resilience, mental strength and human potential through the lens of elite freediving and extreme adventure.
