The four-hands dinner menu will feature eight specially crafted dishes, created by Executive Chef Menex Cheung of China Tang Hong Kong (Landmark) and Executive Chef Henry Zhang of China Tang Beijing (WF Central) & Golden Flower Macau, priced at HK$5,280 per person (with a 10% service charge).

China Tang was founded by Dr Peter Lam Kin-ngok – a renowned gourmand and fine-dining connoisseur, and the late Sir David Tang Wing-cheung. Debuting in 2013 at the Landmark, the distinctive traditional Chinese art and intricate design details reflect the sensibilities of our two founders. Chef Menex Cheung, Executive Chef of China Tang Hong Kong (Landmark), has spent over two decades diving in various Chinese cuisine styles, with a particular focus on Cantonese, Sichuan, Shandong and Beijing cuisine. He is highly skilled in combining different Chinese culinary styles to create fusion dishes, such as Sichuan-Cantonese and Beijing-Cantonese, which are highly popular among diners and offer a glimpse into the vast and profound essence of Chinese cuisine.

China Tang Beijing (WF Central) is located in Building 1 on Wangfujing Street, and its main layout is based on the symmetrical structure of a traditional Chinese courtyard house, drawing inspiration from the Five Elements theory to create a tasteful dining space. The newly appointed Executive Chef Henry Zhang, he became famous at a young age, opening his first restaurant at the age of 19. He took over Golden Flower Macau in 2022 and is currently the Executive Chef of China Tang Beijing (WF Central). His dishes are characterized by the thickness, richness, and freshness, showcasing the essence and charm of Chinese cuisine, and aiming to provide guests with the purest and most delicious Chinese cuisine.

The “China Tang – When Hong Kong Meets Beijing” limited-time menu combines the two chefs’ understanding and fusion of various Chinese cuisine styles, presenting a series of classic dishes from China Tang with exquisite craftsmanship.
