Hong Kong’s favourite butcher, Feather & Bone, invites Aussies and others to celebrate Australia Day on 25 January. To mark the best day of the year in true-blue Aussie fashion, the premium butcher will host an afternoon of delicious eats and no-fuss bevvies on their Mid-levels rooftop.

Guests can enjoy a variety of appetisers including fresh salads, cheese and charcuterie – followed by a feast of unlimited homemade sausages. The all-Australian menu is complete with sweet treats in the form of good old Fairy Bread and freshly baked Lamingtons.

Attendees can shake a leg to Triple J’s ‘Hottest 100’ all afternoon and chant ‘Aussie Aussie Aussie’ till sun-down. Tickets are HK$600 all-inclusive, available for purchase in-store or online at and HK$200 from each sale will be donated to the New South Wales Rural Fire Service to support Bush Fire Relief in Australia.
